Video: Hellfire as flames engulf oil tank in Eastern Siberia
At least seven people were injured in a fire near the city of Angarsk in Irkutsk Region. A 5-ton tank of crude oil caught fire at a refinery. It took more than a day due to lack of water and detour routes to extinguish the fire.
